Fuyu Ramen: Savor Authentic Ramen and Asian Cuisine in Aurora, CO

Under new management and the food is great. My waitress, who told me her name and then I promptly forgot it, because that's my brain but she was excellent and sweet. Great fresh tasting food and I would definitely recommend. I eat here often.

Absolutely loved Fuyu Ramen in Aurora! We started with pork gyoza (soft and delicious), crispy takoyaki, and ika geso, everything was so good. We then ordered the Diablo ramen, Curry ramen, and Sukiyaki ramen, plus boba Thai tea and taro, which were yummy. Jessica was our server and made us feel like old friends. With the new management, the inside now feels like you’re in Japan. We love this place and will definitely be back…you won’t be disappointed! :)

I come to this place every now and again with my friends and I'm always pleasantly satisfied with my experience. Service has always been nice, today me and my friend we're taken care of by Jessica, lovely lady! Food is good, I typically get miso or shoyu ramen. The desserts are good as well! The atmosphere is typically quiet when I go in but it's a cozy comfortable place to dine in.

Absolutely incredible ramen experience at Fuyu Ramen in Aurora! We just ate here and it was amazing—the Curry Ramen tasted like it was straight from Japan, with that perfect rich, aromatic broth and bold flavors that transported me right back to Tokyo. I haven’t had ramen this authentic and delicious since I lived there. The noodles were spot-on, the toppings fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced. Our server Henry was outstanding: super friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better with his great energy. The restaurant is clean, cozy, with fun Japanese vibes, and the portions are generous. If I could, I’d eat here every day! Highly recommend—best ramen spot in the area by far. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is under new ownership, and while it was always good, the new owners have taken it to the next level. It’s now GREAT. My 8-year-old daughter is obsessed! She loves the new decor, the cool anime playing on the TVs, and the fact that they don’t close at 3pm anymore Huge shoutout to our server Jessica who absolutely elevated the vibes and made the experience even better. Honestly the foods is FIRE and the service is fast. plus they have anime on while you eat... that Diablo Ramen 10/10 New Favorite Spot.

This is the best place to get authentic japanese food that isnt just sushi! The food and service were phenomenal. The atmosphere is fun and inviting! Totally cute japanese themes and anime playing to watch as well. Will be coming here again!!

I want to come on here & highlight our server, Jessica. As the lunch hour picked up so did the flow of restaurant, still we were almost greeted and seated immediately. I noticed, Jessica, seemed to be the only one out on the floor. It took a while to get our order in; as expected of a “one woman show” no shade there. However, her warm and inviting character compensated for the wait. Frankly, the food was just good but tasted even better with a sweetheart like her taking care of us. I don’t write reviews & as a matter of fact this is my first one, but I truly hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves. I see many hardworking & kindhearted individuals in the food & beverage industry run dry because corporations do not prioritize their own people. I’m just saying- & respectfully, do your best to keep this one!:)
